looking at side profile knee extension looks to be about 34/35 degrees (want 38ish) – and flexion at 105ish (want 111ish)…indicating saddle is a bit high (at minute 5:34-36 of video). Also closed hip angle appears to be around 43, which is quite closed (your are not doing a short TT, want to open up slightly, 45 a minimum) I know you like it high, meaning yo u are a toe pointer rather than a ”heel down” thru the power phase…possibly missing some potential power.
